The Principles of Environmental Justice

Delegates to the First National People of Color Environmental Leadership Summit held on October 24-27, 1991, in Washington DC, drafted and adopted these 17 principles of Environmental Justice. The Rise & Repair Alliance encourages all partner organizations and elected officials and decision-makers in Minnesota to adopts these ideas as we navigate solutions to climate, energy the environment.
